Where do your closeout deals come from?
Our bargains come straight from major U.S. retailers. We source excess inventory, overstocks, and closeouts—so you get top-quality brands at a fraction of the price.
Are your products new or used?
Most of our products are brand new and, when needed, tested for quality. If an item is gently used but still fully functional, it will be clearly labeled and priced with an extra-deep discount—so you always know exactly what you're getting.

Do you restock items or is everything limited?
Many of our closeout finds are limited-time deals—but we do regularly restock everyday essentials like soaps, shampoos, cleaning products, essential oils, makeup, crafting supplies and more. So you can count on finding your go-to items, even as new treasures arrive.
What’s your return or exchange policy?
We offer a 10-day return window on items over $5. Please note that clothing and shoes are final sale—but each of our locations has a fitting room, so you can try things on before you buy with confidence.
How often do you get new inventory?
We bring in fresh finds every week, with at least one major shipment each month. There’s always something new to discover at Bennys—so check back often!
